Buie's Cotton Gin started with an idea around the kitchen table. You know, the idea that we need a southern buffet restaurant where we can eat great food, enjoy ourselves and relax. A place where people can eat on Sunday and have all of those good comfort foods that enrich your soul. We're talking about taking all our years of cooking fine cuisine and putting it in an upscale place you can call your own.
